Leveret Drive Marketing LLC

We keep the smallest amount of information we need to answer your questions, deliver our work, and understand how our site is used. We do not sell personal information, and we do not send email to people who did not ask for it.

Who we are

Leveret Drive Marketing LLC is a creative strategy company based at 142 Brighton Lake Road, Suite 101E, Brighton, Michigan 48116. We provide strategy, branding, websites, content, video production, AI visibility and marketing services to businesses across the United States.

In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Leveret Drive. "You" means anyone who visits our website, contacts us, subscribes to our newsletter, or engages us for work. We are the controller of the personal information described here. When we handle information inside a client's own systems as part of a project, we act on that client's instructions as a processor, and their privacy policy governs that data.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly, and a limited amount of technical information collected automatically when you browse.

Information you give us
Contact details such as your name, email address, phone number and company, submitted through our contact form or the Ask Us page
The content of messages, briefs, questions and files you send us
Your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter
Billing and business details needed to open an engagement, including invoicing contacts and payment records held by our payment processor
Project materials you share with us, which may contain personal information belonging to your team or your customers
Information collected automatically
Device and browser type, operating system, screen size and language
IP address, which is used to approximate city level location and is truncated or anonymised by our analytics providers where that setting is available
Pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, clicks, referring site and search terms that led you here
Session recordings and heatmaps that show anonymised interaction with our pages, with form fields and typed input masked

Cookies and tracking technologies

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies such as pixels and local storage. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working and remember your preferences. Analytics cookies help us understand which pages are useful. Advertising cookies let us measure campaigns and show relevant ads to people who have visited our site.

The first time you visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics and advertising cookies. Nothing beyond the essential cookies is set until you choose. You can change your answer whenever you like through the Cookie Preferences link at the bottom of every page, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat that as a refusal of analytics and advertising cookies and skip the banner. Declining does not affect your ability to read the site or contact us.

How we use information

To respond to enquiries, answer questions and prepare proposals
To deliver, manage and invoice the work we are engaged to do
To send our newsletter and occasional updates to people who subscribed, with an unsubscribe link in every email
To understand how the site performs and improve its content, speed and structure
To measure our own marketing, including which campaigns lead to enquiries
To keep records, protect against fraud and abuse, and meet legal and accounting obligations

Where privacy law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent for marketing email and non-essential cookies, on the performance of a contract for client work, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving our business for everything else.

Analytics and advertising

We use a small set of established third-party tools. Each one has its own privacy policy, and each processes data under our instructions.

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
Page and event measurement, traffic sources, conversions. IP anonymisation is enabled.
Microsoft Clarity
Anonymised session replay and heatmaps to find usability problems. Text you type is masked.
Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn pixels
Campaign measurement and remarketing to people who have already visited our site.
Flodesk
Newsletter subscriptions and delivery, including open and click measurement.
Hosting, email and storage providers
Site hosting, business email, file storage, scheduling and payment processing.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising beyond the advertising cookies described above. We share information only with the service providers listed in this policy, with professional advisers such as our accountant and legal counsel, with a buyer or successor if our business is sold, and with authorities where the law requires it.

Our site links to other sites, including social platforms and client websites. Once you follow a link, the privacy policy of that site applies rather than this one.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects: up to two years, then deleted
Client records, contracts and invoices: seven years, to meet tax and accounting requirements
Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe
Analytics and session data: as governed by each provider's retention settings, typically fourteen months or less

Your privacy choices

Whatever state or country you live in, you can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email {{ contactEmail }} and we will respond within thirty days. We will never treat you differently for making a request.

Marketing email: use the unsubscribe link in any message, or ask us and we will remove you
Cookies: block or clear them in your browser, or install an opt-out extension for a specific analytics tool
Global Privacy Control: we honour the GPC browser signal as an opt-out of sharing for advertising

If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you also have the right to know the categories of information we collect, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of targeted advertising, and to appeal a decision we make about your request. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to your supervisory authority. Information we collect is stored and processed in the United States. You can exercise any of these rights through an authorised agent, and we may ask for enough information to confirm your identity.

Security

Our site is served over an encrypted connection. Accounts that hold client information require multi-factor authentication, access is limited to the people who need it, and we review that access regularly. No system is perfectly secure, so we keep only what we need and remove what we no longer use.

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under sixteen. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our tools or practices change. The effective date at the top of the page always reflects the current version. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will say so clearly on this page and, where appropriate, by email.
