These terms apply only to the $0 Upfront Website Plan (Essential, Growth and Pro). Our other services are covered by their own agreements.
In short: you pay $0 upfront and one monthly fee. Every plan has a six-month minimum, then continues month to month. Your domain, content and brand are always yours, and if you leave, you get your whole site.
These terms are an agreement between you and Leveret Drive Marketing LLC ("Leveret Drive", "we", "us"). They apply only to the $0 Upfront Website Plan, sold as the Essential, Growth and Pro plans. They do not apply to our other services, which are covered by their own agreements. By checking the box at checkout or paying for a plan, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
Our general Terms of Service also apply. Where they differ, these website plan terms win. If we sign a separate written agreement or proposal with you, that document wins over both.
We offer three monthly website plans: Essential, Growth and Pro. Each plan covers the custom design and build of your site, hosting, SSL, backups, maintenance and edits, and the features listed for that plan on our website at the time you buy. There is no separate build fee. The build is paid for through your monthly plan.
Add-ons such as ecommerce, additional pages, integrations and custom functionality are not part of any plan unless the plan says so. We quote add-ons in writing before any work starts.
Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, starting on the day you sign up and renewing on the same date each month. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method every month until your plan ends. Prices are in US dollars and do not include any sales tax that applies.
If a payment fails, we will let you know and retry the charge. If it is still unpaid after 14 days, we may pause work and take the site offline until the account is current.
Every plan starts with a six-month minimum term, beginning on the date of your first payment. The minimum lets us spread the cost of designing and building your site across your plan instead of charging it upfront.
After the first six months, your plan continues month to month. You can cancel at any time after the minimum term by giving us 30 days' written notice at the email address below.
If you cancel before the six-month minimum is complete, the remaining monthly payments for the minimum term become due.
From time to time we offer promotional pricing, such as a discount code for a seasonal sale. A code must be entered before checkout and before its stated expiration date. Unless the promotion says otherwise, the discounted rate stays in place for as long as your plan remains active without a break.
If your plan is canceled and you sign up again later, current pricing applies. Codes cannot be combined, have no cash value and cannot be applied to past payments.
You can move up to a larger plan at any time. The new price starts on your next billing date. You can move to a smaller plan once your six-month minimum is complete, as long as your site fits within that plan.
Most sites take four to six weeks to build. That timeline depends on you getting us content, access and feedback on time. You are responsible for making sure the text, images, logos and other material you give us are yours to use.
Edits are included in every plan. Included edits cover reasonable updates to existing pages, such as text, images, hours, services and team details. New features, new page types and redesigns are add-ons and are quoted separately.
Your domain, your content, your photos and your brand are always yours. The design, code and hosting are provided as part of your plan while it is active.
If you leave after your minimum term and your account is paid in full, we will give you a complete copy of your website in HTML so you can host it elsewhere. Third-party tools, plugins and licensed assets we use to run the site may not transfer, and we will tell you which ones those are.
We work to keep your site fast, secure and online, and we keep regular backups. We cannot promise that the site will be available without interruption, since hosting, networks and third-party services are sometimes out of our control. When something goes wrong, we will work to fix it quickly.
Every plan includes foundations for search and AI visibility. Google, AI assistants and other platforms decide on their own which businesses to show, so we cannot guarantee any ranking, placement, traffic or number of leads.
We may suspend or end a plan if an account goes unpaid, if the site is used for anything illegal, harmful or deceptive, or if these terms are seriously broken. Where we can, we will give you notice and a chance to fix the problem first.
Our services are provided as described on our website and in these terms. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Livingston County, Michigan.
We may update these terms as our services change. The effective date at the top of the page always shows the current version. If a change materially affects an active plan, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
